Proceeding is the record of every educational event with entire text of the papers presented in any Seminars, or Conference usually proceeding allows researchers to present new concepts and techniques in a field which are not fully developed. ICSRD publishes Proceeding with 13 digit ISBN number (Printed/Online) this allows other researchers to be involved and influence the direction of research at the early stages.
