A List of Highly qualified Chairperson for Seminar or Conference Technical Session Chairing a session at a conference involves more than reading biographical sketches out loud or interrupting speakers when their time is up. An effective chairperson creates a sense of coherence throughout the presentations. Academicians, Scholars or Students read each abstract and prepare a sentence in their head paraphrasing the content of the presentation. A Technical Session Chairperson brings the speakers closer to the audience by introducing them warmly, ensures that everything runs smoothly, and wraps up the session in a way that leaves everyone feeling good about it. A technical session at a Seminar or Conference may take one, or possibly a combination, of the following forms:
- Poster Presentation
- PPT Presentation
- Oral Presentation
Award for Presentation
The best presentations were determined at the end of each technical session on real-time point among the panel of technical session chairperson, both online and campus based. The awards are given to the most outstanding researchers of the Seminar/Conference under below four categories.
- The Overall Best Presentation Award This award will be provided for the most outstanding presentation on the inaugural session of Seminar/Conference
- The Best Presentation Award There will be a number of technical sessions in the Seminar/Conference under different themes. These awards are provided to the presentations that have been selected to be the best in the particular session.
- The Best Poster and PPT Presentation Award There will be a Poster and PPT session at the Seminar/Conference and this award is dedicated to the Poster and PPT presenters in the Seminar/Conference. The best Poster and PPT presentation will be selected among all the academicians and researchers in the session.
Offline and Online Technical Session for Delegates
Academic and scientific Seminar/Conference is necessary for the dissemination of research, for networking, and to support professional development. Communication between researchers and technical session chairperson occurs formally at talks and poster sessions, and informally at academic events, while professional development usually occurs through workshops and mentoring events.
Certificate for Presentation and Participation in Seminar or Conference
A presentation and participation certificate is a document that is given to all academicians and researchers who has participated in any ICSRD sponsored seminar or conferences. This certificate is provided by the event organizing Institution/College/PG Department in association with ICSRD.
